1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 8k8.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 8k8.com online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 8k8com.one.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by 8k8.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. (b) Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter into agreements.

(c) Jurisdiction: You must be accessing 8k8.com from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. (e) Single Account: You must not already hold an active account on 8k8.com. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8.com login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 8k8.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any balance. 8k8.com reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm the accuracy of the information you have provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

8k8.com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your 8k8.com account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. 8k8.com reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 8k8.com processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. 8k8.com does not charge transaction fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard AML procedures. 8k8.com reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 8k8.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. 8k8.com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

8k8.com offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to its players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the 8k8.com platform and form part of these Terms.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Free spin winnings are subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

8k8.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms – will have their bonuses voided and their account suspended.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 8k8.com are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 8k8.com use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment, streamed in real time.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, 8k8.com reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 8k8.com's decision in such matters is final. No winnings generated as a result of a software error or malfunction will be honored.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8k8.com and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential legal action:

(a) Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification; (b) Creating or operating multiple accounts; (c) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games; (d) Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (e) Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities; (f) Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform; (g) Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's software; (h) Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling; (i) Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (j) Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your account.

8k8.com reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds in an account where prohibited conduct is detected, pending investigation. 8k8.com may report suspected fraudulent or criminal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k8.com platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 8k8.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 8k8.com platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from 8k8.com without prior written consent from 8k8.com.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k8.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

8k8.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k8.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k8.com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

You may close your account at any time by contacting 8k8.com customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after termination.

13. Amendments

8k8.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8k8.com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 8k8.com, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 8k8.com customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
